Ambion Heating - low carbon heating for social homes

Larkin PR has been working with low carbon heating start-up Ambion Heating who have created an alternative to heat pumps for social housing properties.

They developed infrared heating panels with a revolutionary dynamic pulsing control system that maintains a consistent temperature with no wasted energy, reduces heating costs and minimises damp and mould.

Larkin was tasked to raise their profile and engage with Government.

Secured landmark regional and national coverage including the Yorkshire Post, the Sunday Times and ITV’s Tonight Show.

Arranged visits from civil servants from the Department for Net Zero to a successful pilot in York where 30 flats have been retrofitted with the Ambion’s technology

Secured a meeting with Energy Consumers Minister Miatta Fahnbulleh which included a tour of the Energy House 2.0 at the University of Salford where the Ambion Heating system was being tested in Bellway Homes’ Future House.
